The 侵权法 Community sponsors an array of programs covering substantive areas of tort law, including products liability, 人身伤害, 保险法, medical and legal malpractice, 前提责任, 有毒的侵权行为, and worker’s compensation. It also sponsors or cosponsors programs that focus on trial advocacy and litigation skills.
In addition, members engage in pro bono and outreach activities for the benefit of D.C. 居民, 有时, issue comments about pending legislation or proposed court rules within the Community’s expertise.
